If you're in the mood to spend the Christmas holidays with young children, the lights and decorations at this family-oriented hotel are charming. The ski in and ski out location is a major plus, with easy access to various levels of slopes for all skill levels. The hot chocolate by the fire in the lobby was a nice treat, and the two-person sleigh ride with blankets offered a romantic escape.
The food was underwhelming with overpriced meal options that missed the mark in taste. The rooms were small and quite dated, with lackluster decor.

A very nice hotel.
I had booked all inclusive but the alcoholic drinks are to be paid for - cheeky!!I This is not mentioned anywhere when booking. You can leave a lot there. Eg. a Krügerl 5.20 € a small Spritzer 4.50 € etc.

Our room had a lovely balcony that was bathed in sunshine. The rooms and facilities at this venue were exceptional. It was great being within walking distance of the Hofer supermarket. We enjoyed the convenience of having lunch at the Shiraz Restaurant, which was only 200 meters away.

This hotel is member of Austria Kinderhotels. The hotel team took care of our children really exceptionally. Thanks!
We have appreciated the size of the room (Apartment Sonnberg) which had a lot of space for our family. However, the room fittings are quite outdated and the the room should get renovated.

The location near the lake made it convenient for us to enjoy the beautiful scenery and take leisurely walks down to the water. The rooms were well-appointed, with a spacious sitting area and a dining table, providing us with a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected with our loved ones back home. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware and an electric kettle, which made it convenient for us to prepare our own meals whenever we wanted. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room, enhancing our overall experience. The staff in the club were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed and valued during our stay.
In summary, we had a fantastic time at this place and would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel's location was excellent, very close to the main tourist attractions and easy to find. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. the room was comfortable with plenty of space for our family of four and daily cleaning service.
The lack of variety in the food, especially for the children's menu. It was difficult to find something for our picky eaters to enjoy.

We had a fantastic time at a hotel in Austria, located near the beautiful ski slopes. the hotel provided us with spacious rooms, complete with a terrace and a stunning view. the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the restaurant offered delicious food, although the dessert selection was limited. the hotel also had a fantastic mini-club with engaging activities for the kids. We even had access to a private property on the lake, which was a great alternative to the small pool at the hotel.
The kids swimming pool area, which was small and often overcrowded.

An apt with 4 beds for 300 euro per night u can only use 2 beds and if u want to use the other beds for ur childrens u have to pay 100 euro more ??!!!, the breakfast is fair other meals are very poor and I can say it's not prepared for human being, there is no luggage service, you have to wait 3 hours to have an iron, no ac, the staff is not freindly and u have the impression that your are staying in their home.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering a wide range of activities for families with kids under 5 years. The location was perfect, with easy access to the lake. It was great to be near the shore and have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist and make the children feel special. The breakfast served was delicious and had a variety of options.
Couldn't stay longer.
